Quick-cleanse shopping guide

Here is a comprehensive list of foods you can purchase in advance as you get ready to begin your Quick-Cleanse. It’s a wonderful idea to stock up in advance so you’ll be free from having to shop while you’re on the plan, and you can also prepare servings in advance and freeze them so they’re ready when you’re hungry. But we also want to remind you that fresh foods are vital foods, so you may want to stop in at the market, especially for fresh fruits and vegetables, as you continue on your two-week cleansing program.

Remember, with an elimination diet you can start at one end of the spectrum or the other, excluding one level of foods at a time, becoming more or less restrictive as you progress. The following is a comprehensive shopping list: you may be eliminating some of the foods listed below at the outset of your program, or you may be removing them as you go along. For full details on how to proceed from one level to the next, read our step-by-step Quick-Cleanse instructions.

"For once I felt like someone was really listening!"

Jade is 60 years old and suffers from fibromyalgia. With this diagnosis comes a lot of stress, worrying and health complications. She found she had no one to talk with about her health, no one willing to sit down and help her come up with a plan until she spoke with one of our Nurse–Educators. Now, no matter how far she travels, she never feels disconnected from Women to Women.
