"The changes are so subtle but so wonderful!"

Jill is the image of success on the outside. She's in her early 40's, a vice president of her company, and happily married. Her health is another story. She's had bouts of alcohol and drug addiction, irritable bowel syndrome, depression, hypothyroidism, even a broken back. It was hard for her to really begin to take care of herself. But after 10 weeks in the Program, she said, "My latest thyroid tests are normal, and my doctor has cut my antidepressant by 50%!"
