“I’m never going back to the way it was.”
Lana is a healthy 50-year-old woman who prided herself on eating well and exercising
daily, but recently has been troubled by stubborn weight gain around her middle.
She found us and began her Personal Program, and in only two weeks her belly fat
disappeared completely. Here’s what she had to say in her e-mail to us.
“Two weeks ago I received my new member package in the mail.
“I was not overweight (5’3", 110), and at 50, I look 10 years younger
than my age. I spend six or more hours a week in the gym. Living in Southern California,
I have always been conscious of a healthy diet, exercise and ‘looking good’
in shorts and a tank top. I thought I was doing everything right!
“Still, I had begun to see ‘belly fat’, and I was getting moody.
It was like a shameful secret. I refused to believe I was doing anything wrong.
My friends and family looked to me as an example. I was the one who ’knew
about’ healthy living!
“Well, in just a few days on my Program, my life changed dramatically. I read
your Nutritional Guidelines cover to cover (I loved it!), and I began to eat your
way. It wasn’t hard to do, I simply added eggs to my steel-cut oatmeal in
the morning, and made sure I never ate anything that wasn’t the ’right
combination’.
“It’s been two weeks now. (Only!) I have faithfully taken my Essential
Nutrients and followed the program. If I felt THEN, the way I feel NOW, I never
would have sought out a program. That’s how good I feel. I know it usually
takes longer than this, so I am amazed. The fat on my belly has disappeared. Completely!
“My workouts are producing lean muscle and they are a lot more FUN, because
I feel so good all the time. I sleep better than I have in years.
“I don’t know which part of the Personal Program it is, or if it’s
the combination of everything, and I don’t care. All I know is that I’m
never going back to the way it was. I don’t know if I’ve ’lost
weight’, because I got rid of the scale. (I don’t need it, it means
nothing. My clothes all fit so well now.)
“I can’t thank you enough. Now I really do have the ’answer’
for friends and family, too!”
