"Notes about these stories: All of these stories are true; they are not composites.
They are either in the woman’s own voice or recounted by one of our Nurse–Educators.
To protect women’s privacy, we have changed their names and do not provide any other
identifying information. As a reminder to our readers, we do from time to time evolve
our Programs and as a result the stories found here may reflect experiences on prior
versions of the Program."

“My life was falling apart”
When Toni first called us she said, “I need everything you are offering!” She’s
a bright dynamic 46-year-old with a great sense of humor, but as she said, “For
two years I’ve been suffering mentally, emotionally and physically.”
“The changes are so subtle but so wonderful!”
Jill is the image of success on the outside. She’s in her early 40’s, a vice president
of her company, and happily married. Her health is another story. She’s had bouts
of alcohol and drug addiction (she’s been in recovery now for 18 years), irritable
bowel syndrome, depression, hypothyroidism, even a broken back.
“My thyroid medication has to be decreased!”
An outgoing 42-year-old mother of five and military wife, Leslie’s life is full
and demanding. She homeschools all her children. Not surprisingly, she rarely has
time for herself.
“Everyone deserves a fighting chance!”
Fiona, 58, started having occasional arrhythmias in her early 40’s. Her doctor
told her that she had hypothyroidism and she was put on Synthroid. Gradually things
got worse and she was waking up in the middle of the night worried about her heart.
“The Personal Program has done so many
things for me; I feel better than ever!” By her own admission,
Sylvia was a mess. Post hysterectomy in her early 30’s, her health issues at age
42 ran the gamut, from a thyroid condition to symptoms of sleeplessness, light sensitivity,
joint pain and incapacitating mood swings. She found the Personal Program and has
turned all that around.
“...I like myself better than this.”
Helga, a 35-year-old engineer, was faced with multiple health problems all at once.
After a serious car accident, things were getting worse and worse. In addition to
weight gain, she had trouble with her cholesterol, her thyroid, and was headed down
the path to type 2 diabetes. Finding Women to Women’s Personal Program turned her
life around!
