“No more restless leg syndrome...”

Lydia found the Personal Program when looking on-line for a safe, natural alternative to Fosamax. She’d been diagnosed with advanced osteopenia, and had a long history of restless leg syndrome as well, but at 54 preferred to avoid strong drugs. After she’d been on the Program five months, her son remarked on her ability to sit comfortably with him through a television program. She called to let us know about the improvement in her bone density, too.

“I’m really just a healthy 54-year-old lady who was shocked by a diagnosis of osteopenia. I had been on vitamins, calcium, and glucosamine before starting my Program, but my main reason for joining was because I had been diagnosed with severe osteopenia and was worried about developing osteoporosis. I had read about what Fosamax does and was scared to take it.

“I’ve been on the Program now since May. For 15 to 20 years I have had restless leg syndrome (RLS) and joint aches, so I couldn’t sit through a movie or fly on a plane. After I started the Personal Program and made some dietary adjustments, my son and I were watching TV when he noted, ‘Mom, you’re sitting still!’

“I can actually sit through a TV show now without stretching and bending and walking around. By following the Personal Program I no longer have leg aches. I found out that it is preservatives that do it to me, and during menopause I became more sensitive.

“I have been to the doctor and after five months on the diet and Essential Nutrients, my bone density is increasing. But the biggest change I have noticed is no more restless leg syndrome when I avoid preservatives. And I have no more symptoms.

I am having a hard time with the sugar thing, but I have given up soda, caffeine, and candy. The only other thing I am still taking is glucosamine.
