“Today I am virtually insomnia-free.”

Emma is in excellent health, at 48, with periods that are still regular and few if any signs of menopause. Her only real problem was with longstanding insomnia — no matter what she tried, from herbal teas to Ambien, she just couldn’t seem to unwind at night. "I’ve been meaning to write since I started taking Women to Women’s Essential Nutrients a few weeks ago. I sent for my specialized daily nutrient complex after trying just about everything I could think of to alleviate the insomnia that had plagued me for months.

"I thought those feelings were just part of life."

Jessie has suffered from very difficult, irregular periods since her first menstrual cycle at age 11. She showed other early signs of hormonal imbalance too, especially acne.
