Headaches and PMS gone, now she’s an advocate

Bettina is an emergency room nurse in her late 40’s. She suffered from chronic severe headaches and PMS for many years, but they had worsened in perimenopause.

Her physician put her on birth control pills to help her PMS, but her headaches got so bad she thought she was “going to have a stroke.” She stopped after five days, found us and joined our Personal Program.

Bettina’s progress has been remarkable. After just five days on the Essential Nutrients, her headaches disappeared and haven’t returned. After three weeks her PMS has improved, too.

Her husband became so engrossed in our New Member Guide that he wouldn’t hand it over to Bettina ‘til he finished. He’s now totally supportive and thrilled with her progress. They’re both making the dietary changes, and Bettina notes that her digestion has improved markedly.

Bettina feels she’s on top of the world. She’s become a tireless advocate for the Personal Program at work. She says she feels like she needs to “tell everybody!”

I felt an enormous change.

"I have a nursing background and I approach my health with a lot of common sense and medical knowledge. I had been diagnosed with IBS [irritable bowel syndrome] for quite a while, but a few years ago I started feeling distended and bloated all the time. I was very uncomfortable and it was very destructive."
