“After being diagnosed with both osteoporosis and arthritis, I looked at medications. After two months of this, I woke up and thought, I’m acting like an old lady and I don’t consider myself an old lady. This is ridiculous! So I went back to exercising. It felt so good to walk and feel strong. When I wasn’t exercising I started to lose my balance. So once I started the Better Bones Program and realized this is up to me, my body started feeling good again. I’m walking, exercising every morning, and my balance is back. I can’t pay attention to the negatives in life, I have to pay attention to the positives.

“When I was on the osteoporosis medications I was always really worried. It was always on my mind. The side effects scared everyone. I just didn’t like how I felt. I don’t like putting synthetic substances in my body that I don’t understand. Now, I’m no longer so concerned because I’m taking care of my body in the most natural way. “I was already pretty good about eating healthily, but the Program’s diet gave me some more ideas. I’d still like to lose a little weight, I just got back from long trip and need to lose a few pounds, but the diet is going great.

"My bones started aching, and I felt like an old person!"
