Perimenopause changes everything
Perimenopause is a word for the transition that leads up to menopause. Over 80% of us experience symptoms of hormonal imbalance during this time. In many cases these symptoms are severe, and may persist for years - even beyond menopause.
The symptoms of perimenopause are so diverse that many women don't realize that our symptoms have a common cause. Irregular periods and vaginal dryness may seem obviously hormonal - but few of us realize that fatigue, weight gain, anxiety or depression, digestive problems, poor memory, joint pain, low libido, cravings, and a host of other symptoms are also commonly caused by hormonal imbalance.
This is in part because hormones regulate so much of our bodys activity. But its also because more than our reproductive hormones are changing - perimenopause is a shift in our whole biological makeup. Your body is seeking a new balance. To find that balance, it needs the right support. And your symptoms are signs you arent giving your body the support it needs.
Its important to work on the underlying cause of hormonal imbalance, and not just address the symptoms. We also feel strongly that women should try a natural, preventative approach, and recommend using hormone replacement therapy only as a last resort. A program that combines nutritional supplements, endocrine support, simple dietary changes and, in some cases, lifestyle changes such as exercise and stress reduction, can resolve virtually all ordinary symptoms of hormonal imbalance.
Weve been very successful in our Personal Program in resolving hormonal imbalance. So heres what we recommend you do next:
