Exercise series with nutrition and fitness expert, JJ Virgin

I recently had the pleasure of talking with celebrated nutrition and fitness expert
JJ Virgin about the one thing we all want to do, but so often avoid: exercise.
JJ has been helping women get leaner, stronger, and healthier for over 25 years.
She has served as personal trainer to many celebrities, authored the book Six Weeks to Sleeveless and Sexy,
and is co-host of the Discovery TV series, Freaky Eaters.
I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of hearing that we have to spend hour after
hour on the treadmill just to prevent ourselves from gaining weight — let
alone losing it! This exercise series with JJ will offer you some surprising
tips and advice on where to begin, how to stay inspired, and getting the most out
of your workouts. The last of the series will focus on what exercise can do for
weight-loss resistance, when no matter what you do the stubborn pounds
just won’t go away. So join me in my discussion with JJ as she reveals some of her
