"It feels so good to feel good!"

Kathy, a 40-year-old massage therapist, struggled with depression most of her life and it only got worse after a hysterectomy in her 30s. Despite bioidentical HRT, she was gaining weight, feeling overwhelmed and lethargic, and had a diagnosis of borderline diabetes. After two months on the program, she reports "I'm looking at the world in a completely new way!"
