Our promise

We promise you’ll be completely happy with the way you feel and the progress you’re making. If for any reason you aren’t, just return what’s left and we’ll promptly refund your purchase price, even if you’ve used all the product. (New Members are refunded their original purchase price; continuity Members are refunded for their most recent shipment.) Remember, there is never any purchase commitment, and you may cancel at any time. It’s simple!

What you should expect

How fast will you feel better? That depends on how bad you feel to start with or where your level of risk is, and how well you follow your Program. But every woman who follows the Personal Program should see a significant change for the better in two to three weeks, with steady progress every week after that. And if you are ever unhappy with your progress — well, as we promise, we’ll refund your purchase price.

Our return policy

If you ever decide to leave the Program and get a refund, just mail your containers back to us (even if they’re empty) no more than 30 days after your Program’s scheduled completion. To ensure you get credit, include your name and address as it appears in our records (your original receipt is helpful but not essential).

In case you’re not sure what “scheduled completion” means, here’s a table. The “return period” shows the scheduled completion plus 30 days.

Once your return is received by us, we will refund your entire purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) — no questions asked. We recommend that you use a shipping method that has a delivery confirmation. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
