Ask Emily — thyroid health

QUESTION:

Are there natural ways to treat hypothyroid problems?

ANSWER:

Yes! We’ve had great success helping women with treating hypothyroid problems by enhancing their nutrition (especially by consuming foods naturally high in B vitamins and iodine), incorporating exercise, and helping them find stress-relieving techniques. However, each woman’s situation is unique. Though we’ve seen plenty of women improve thyroid function and hypothyroidism naturally, sometimes thyroid hormone replacement is necessary.

"I'd had insomnia since the earth's crust cooled."

Just one month into her Program, Chris realized she hadn't needed the sleeping pills since starting. Today she says she is "bright-eyed and bushy-tailed."
