The journey towards optimal
wellness
“In 20 years of practicing women’s health care, I have witness countless
testimonies to how the medical community has provided women with information and
treatment for healing. These stories have aroused in me the affirmation that we
are all connected through the heart with the common goal of seeking wellness, joy
and happiness in our lives. My goal is to provide an individualized health plan
based on current research that supports the body and mind in the journey towards
that optimal wellness.
“My experience with living in foreign countries has provided me with a deeper
understanding of how religion and ethnic values play a role in health care. I welcome
women of diverse backgrounds and strive to individualize a health plan which honors
their cultural uniqueness.”

Focusing on healthy aging and longevity
“I can empower women in their desire to change by setting an intention for
healing. I will provide proactive techniques to those who strive to remain healthy
with an active and productive life for as long as possible. The earlier we begin
focusing on healthy aging and longevity, the more successful we will be. Complementing
lifestyle, nutrition, and the environment is the foundation for that goal.”
