Driving directions

From Portland and points south:
Follow Interstate–95 North toward New Hampshire/Maine. Take Exit 44 to merge onto I–295 North. Follow I–295 North to Exit 15 for Yarmouth/Cumberland. At the end of the curved exit you will be merging with US Route 1 North. At the first traffic light (there is a Mobil station on the right), turn right onto Portland Street and go to the end (you will be facing a white church). Turn right onto Main Street (Route 115). The road will fork almost immediately. Bear right at the fork and we are on the right side as soon as you begin down the hill. You will see a sign for Women to Women on the front lawn. We are in a large blue Victorian house set back off the road.

From points north of Yarmouth:
Take Interstate–295 South to Exit 17 in Yarmouth (Route 1 South). Stay on Route 1 South through the traffic light at the Hannaford store (located on your right). Then turn right at the exit marked Route 115 (Main Street). Go to the end of the exit ramp and turn left at the traffic light. Go ¼–mile to a fork in the road. Bear right at the fork and we are on the right side as soon as you begin down the hill. You will see a sign for Women to Women on the front lawn. We are in a large blue Victorian house set back off the road.

Things to do

Our out-of-town patients find it easy to turn their visit into a relaxing mini-vacation. We have compiled the following information on lodging, transportation and restaurants in the immediate area. We look forward to seeing you. If you have special questions about your plans, feel free to contact Donna Poulin, our Practice Manager.

Yarmouth
Women to Women is located in Yarmouth, which is a quiet seacoast town located about 15 miles north of Portland. Activities include shopping at the quaint stores on Main Street, antiquing, visiting the shops at Lower Falls Landing, and enjoying the picturesque harbor.

Freeport
For those of you who enjoy shopping, we would recommend a trip to Freeport. Freeport is the home of LL Bean, and the center of one of America’s largest “discount towns,” with scores of outlet stores for famous brands. Freeport is just ten minutes north of Yarmouth.

Historic Portland
Being a seacoast city, Portland has much to offer, both culturally and historically. The Old Port, the restored waterfront district of Portland, offers unique shopping and numerous restaurants, as well as a view of an active waterfront fishing community.

The Maine Mall
Located just blocks from the Portland airport is the Maine Mall, the largest mall in the state, surrounded by dozens of other stores. The Mall is in South Portland, about 25 minutes south of the Healthcare Center in Yarmouth.
